BIG fans here...
Harry Potter completely consumed our weekend! Both of us beng die hard harry fans were anxiously awaiting the arrival of the last book. Chris walked into walmart saturday afternoon, picked one up off the shelf, paid $18.00 for it and came home. (We so don't get the waiting in line for 2 hours and paying $25.00). I started it that afternoon...Chris took over that night. He read it that night and then Sunday after church. He finished at 4:00 a.m. Monday morning. I picked it up at 9:00 a.m. Monday morning and finished at 6:00 p.m. Addictive, to say the LEAST! I beat Renee and Betsy if you keep up on their blogs. SOOOO LOVE IT! I loved it so much that I'm starting back at the beginning. I've started reading the Sorcerer's Stone with Jaxon and Mykenzie. Jaxon seems to enjoy it as much as I do. When I think he's not paying attnetion, he comes up with some comment about the movie that relates to the part we are at in the book. IT was an absolutely awesome book and fabulous series that I would totally recommend. LOVED IT! LOVED IT! LOVED IT!!!!

New Phones...
Happy Birthday!
I swear this picture looked better when I took it...I thought it was clearer, but I guess not. Oh well. I think he had a good birthday...we had chicken alfredo and cesar salad and martinelli's for dinner. Our over isn't working, so we had no bake jello peanut butter and chocolate dessert with casper's vanilla ice cream (his favorite).

Not Without My Babies....
Mykenzie used to NEVER play with her dolls. She couldn't have cared less that they even existed. All of the sudden, she spent some time with some girls and has now learned "all about dolls". Last night I was trying to tuck her into bed, but first she had to tuck her two dolls and her two ponies in! She had to give them all a hug and a kiss and say a prayer with them all...it might not have been so bad if it wasn't already 10:00! She came into my bed around 6:30. When I got out of bed, I had to laugh when I saw this! She had brought all her dolls and ponies up with her and tucked them in before she went back to sleep!

Jayden's First Haircut
jayden's hair was starting to get a little too long. It was flipping out over his ears kind of like the new hairstyles for boys (which chris and I both despise!)
the wings from the back.
after....notice the popsicle bribe...the head moves wherever the popsicle goes!
now there is a nice clean cut hansome guy!

Cache Valley Cruise-In Parade
The Cache Valley Cruise In is a weekend thing that they do here. People come from all around to show their cars. Ideally, in order to enter you either have to have a really old nice car or a really expensive car. However, we did see a few cars that were nothing special.
These two trucks were SOOO high! They had to have a ladder or something in order to get in!
The kids made friends with this group of girls...they make friends EVERYWHERE!
