Mom and Dad's Visit

My parent's came to visit! Yay!! It's been just about a year since the last time we've seen them (jayden was 3 weeks old when we flew back to boston for the family reunion!) They came in right around 6:30 on thursday night. They watched the kids while I went to parent's orientation for kindergarten. The kids had a blast with them at the park. Friday we woke up late, ate breakfast late and then had a late lunch (or early dinner) at second dam in logan...which is where all these pictures were taken. Saturday we had a lazy morning and then went to the fair in the afternoon. The kids each picked 3 rides to go on and then we walked around had a few small treats and then came home. Chris grilled us up some AWESOME steaks and we ate outside. Sunday we did much of the same...betsy, tanner, and cris came up and went to church with us and then we had beans and hot dogs and salad, in true LaPierre fashion! We had quite a few prety nature pictures from that night...including a full rainbow! Monday morning we all went up to Idaho Falls to spend the day with Carrie and Mark and their kids. They all jumped on their trampoline and hung out...trying to just maintain in the heat! It was a WONDERFUL visit and it was over way too quick! We can't wait to see them again next year!
