Three Years Old

So yesterday Jayden turned three...unfortunately he has been quite sick for the last three days. So we postponed the party for a day when he is feeling better. He woke up from a nap after dinner just starving and looking for food and acting like himself...we thought we'd take advantage of the moment and give him his birthday present. It took everything out of him...as you will see.

five minutes later, you couldn't get him to even fake a smile....poor kid. I thought he'd be better today, but no such luck!

Chris' Birthday!

Chris turned the big 3-0 on Saturday. It was a busy day that he spent mostly working on the house...although he did go shooting for about an hour! He really wanted an cake that looked like his e-revo (rc truck) He came in for cake before I finished, but this is what it looked like.

Payton's First Birthday!

Last night we celebrated Payton's FIRST birthday! I can't believe it's been a year! We were reminiscing over where we were a year ago last night...at the time of cake and ice cream, we were at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden talking with the neonatologists and trying to figure out the logistics of what would be our life for the next 2 months! We had a lot of fun and so appreciated everyone celebrating with us. What a special boy he is, but we knew that would be the case LONG before he even was born.
